Our claim department takes a very aggressive approach in its philosophy of paying what is owed and not overpaying claims simply to avoid a trial. Our litigators have the proper trial experience to defend our insured. Our independent adjusters are instrumental in allowing us to conclude claims effectively and efficiently. Claims may be reported by phone, e-mail or fax 24 hours a day. Our litigation plan promotes an early strategy between defense counsel and the claims adjuster to encourage prompt discovery to be sure that defense counsels follow our litigation plans.
