A Partner of TMG's U.S. operations and a certified financial examiner, Len Crouse is one of the most respected professionals in the captive insurance world. Prior to joining TMG, Len was Deputy Commissioner and Director of Captive Insurance for the Vermont Department of Insurance for most of the past two decades. During his tenure with the state, Vermont grew to become the second largest domicile in the world, as measured by total written premiums, and its captive regulations became a model for regulators throughout the U.S. A frequent author and speaker on captive insurance, Len was presented with a lifetime achievement award by the Captive Insurance Companies Association in 2007.

Jeff Johnson of the Law Offices of Primmer Piper Eggleston & Cramer has joined Global Hawk as its Corporate Attorney. Throughout the last three decades Jeff has been a leader in the area of legislative and regulatory representation of insurance companies. Jeff served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Vermont from 1983-1985 and served successively with the Vermont Department of Banking, Insurance and Securities as General Counsel (1986); Deputy Commissioner of Insurance (1987-1989); and Commissioner (1990-1992). He was Chair of the Northeast Zone of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) and served as a member of the NAIC's Executive Committee during his tenure as Commissioner.
