Leonard P. Crouse, CFEA Partner of TMG's U.S. operations and a certified financial examiner, Len Crouse is one of the most respected professionals in the captive insurance world. Prior to joining TMG, Len was Deputy Commissioner and Director of Captive Insurance for the Vermont Department of Insurance for most of the past two decades. During his tenure with the state, Vermont grew to become the second largest domicile in the world, as measured by total written premiums, and its captive regulations became a model for regulators throughout the U.S. A frequent author and speaker on captive insurance, Len was presented with a lifetime achievement award by the Captive Insurance Companies Association in 2007.
